This CSS framework lets you easily place your user interface in a grid and can easily be adapted to desktop, tablet and mobile monitors. The Gumby framework comes bootstrapped with a UI tool kit for navigation, forms, buttons, tabs, tool tips, error messages, slider etc.. The framework includes a small JavaScript file, which gives extra flexibility to the CSS framework and brings the UI to life. The Gumby Framework comes in several download versions, which include templates (12-column, 16-column, hybrid, or all-in-one) of your choice.
