Resource. JQuery Globalization

The Globalize plugin allows web users to read and write dates and numbers in the format accepted in their countries. The plugin is a great new addition to the jQuery and JavaScript arsenal. Globalize includes about 350 unique language-country cultures, and covers every visitor one may have.

Globalize is the result of years of work from Microsoft, who donated their work to the jQuery community. The license covering the work is the JQuery license.
